    What they do

    BOSCO (Bangalore Oniyavara Seva Coota) works with children and young people living on the streets or otherwise at risk in Bengaluru, including those in conflict with the law, out of school, trafficked or engaged in child labour. It runs residential shelters, night shelters, street-based outreach, education support and rehabilitation programmes, and works with government agencies on child protection and rights advocacy. It was started by the Salesians of Don Bosco in 1980 and registered as a society in 1986.
