Kutch Mahila Vikas Sangathan is a women's rights and empowerment organisation founded in 1989 in Bhuj, Kutch, by Sushma Iyengar along with Alka Jani and Meera Goradia. It organises rural women, including traditional craftswomen, into collectives for economic, political, social and cultural leadership, and runs programmes on livelihoods, women's safety, community media and local governance. It has grown from three founders to a network of thousands of women members across Kutch district.
