Sambhali Trust was founded on 16 January 2007 by Govind Singh Rathore in Jodhpur to empower Dalit and other marginalised women and girls facing caste, gender and religious discrimination. It runs empowerment centres offering literacy, English and vocational training such as tailoring and boutique work, boarding schools for at-risk girls, and safe houses, across Jodhpur city and surrounding villages including Setrawa.
