The Voluntary Health Association of Odisha, registered as the Orissa Voluntary Health Association in 1974, is a secular, non-political federation of health and development institutions based in Bhubaneswar. It is the Odisha state chapter of the Voluntary Health Association of India network of more than 27 state associations linking over 4,500 health and development institutions nationally. Its programmes cover mobile health units, tobacco control, non-communicable disease control, drug demand reduction and health worker training in the state.
