What they do
Eklavya is an education non-profit that develops and field-tests teaching methods and curricula for schools in Madhya Pradesh. It grew out of the Hoshangabad Science Teaching Programme, a joint government and voluntary-sector science education experiment begun in the erstwhile Hoshangabad (now Narmadapuram) district. The organisation trains teachers, produces educational materials and magazines such as Chakmak and Sandarbh, and runs resource centres across the state.
