What they do
Peepal Farm is a nonprofit animal welfare organisation based in Dhanotu village, Kangra district, that rescues and treats stray cows and dogs and runs an animal hospital opened in 2023. It carries out sterilisation programmes, veterinary care combining Ayurvedic and modern medicine, and public awareness campaigns against animal cruelty. It also runs a women-powered social enterprise, Peepal Farm Products, and an in-house animation studio that produces awareness content. It was founded by Robin Singh and Shivani Singh in December 2014.
