What they do
Shivganga works with Bhil tribal communities in the Jhabua, Dhar and Alirajpur belt of western Madhya Pradesh on water conservation, forest regeneration, women's leadership and livelihood generation. It has supported the construction of over 100,000 water-harvesting structures and related tree planting to raise groundwater levels in drought-prone villages. The organisation also promotes tribal culture and has incubated livelihood ventures such as Jhabua Naturals and Jhabua Crafts.
